Please explain. I visit several times a year. It’s cheap. Food at any of those markets you mentioned is around a fiver. chain cafes like pret are open
16 hours a day doing cheap breakfast lunch and chicken salad that’s about £6.00 most of our museums are free. No other capital in the world offers as many for free. London transport charges a fixed price for all day travel. Budget hotels booked in advance can be about £40.00 for 2 persons. why does your article keeps saying expensive please explain the expensive part.

Entrance to St Paul’s costs £18 though you can gift – aid your ticket which will give you free entrance for a year. The only way to enter for free is to worship, in which case you cannot enter either the crypt or galleries.

Admission to Westminster Cathedral and Methodist Central Hall, near to Westminster Abbey, is free though one must pay £6 to enter the former’s viewing tower.

So many free things to do in London. It’s one of my dream destinations, and it’s really helpful to get so much of practical info about it. But yes, my favorite free thing to do in London would be to just wander and take photos. 🙂
