I’m surprised you describe it as having a grim facade, I actually thought it had the most beautiful architecture, sure some buildings need renovation, but I think that just adds to the history of the place

Excellent explained Matt. I love this city and you told the people exactly what to do. In my point of view it’s a more nice city than Praag or Vienna due to the renovations of the old buildings.

Really good post and great information. I didn’t like Budapest in my first time in the city. I’ll come back next month and hope that I’ll change my bad 1st impression. =)

Really glad that Budapest is featured here. I visited for the 1st time a couple of years ago and fell in love with the city. In my opinion, it is a criminally underrated European destination.
